It represents a rating system addressing key aspects of occupants\u2019 well-being related to air quality, lighting, acoustics, and ergonomics.<\/p>\nWith the growing importance of green building certificates, the latest rating comes in line with our policy at Lion\u2019s Head for enhancing the performance across our companies\u2019 buildings towards sustainability, health, well-being and in introducing green practices in their projects\u2019 design, materials used and workplace environment offered.<\/p>\n
This is the second green certificate awarded to Polygraphia, as the building is also a proud holder of the globally recognised LEED Gold Certification for Existing Buildings for its efficiency in building planning and sustainable management. The office centre also runs on energy obtained from 100% renewable resources.<\/p>\n
Lion\u2019s Head\u2019s all five Class A assets on both markets have been certified for green features, sustainability and employee well-being offered in a consistent and holistic approach to operation (WELL, BREEAM and LEED).
